The Traits

Robinson fits the mold for the do it all running back that most teams adore. He's shown shades of Saquon Barkley, Christian McCaffrey, Alvin Kamara, Johnathan Taylor and Barry Sanders. He displays the prototypical build at running back checking into the combine at 5'11", 215 lbs and has the frame to manage a large workload. Robinson has excellent vision, footwork, can make cuts on a dime and go 0-60 in an instant. He does a great job of setting up his blocks and being patient. He hardly goes down on first contact and doesn't allow the first man to tackle him. He also has the ability to set up his defender and make highlight reel jukes. His anticipation and back corner vision is out of this world. Feet and hips are always in sync with hardly any wasted body movement allowing him to hit big runs. Although he has great burst he doesn't have great long speed. Though his highlight reels show him bouncing outside he's shown that he will fall forward and gain extra yards. A great elusive runner whose also shown great strength and power. Has a deadly stiff arm and takes many defenders with him. Excellent in the receiving game and a crisp route runner. Didn't have a drop in junior year and made some great blocks against Will Anderson in Alabama game. Makes tough catches outside frame. A three down running back with unlimited potential.
